Hello, I am Rachel Rebekah, owner of Lil Miss Truckin LLC. Yes, I am as surprised as you. I never expected to be a Truck Driver at 52 years old. I had been in the healthcare field my whole life as a massage therapist, much of it in Hospice transition and death. But when I found myself on my own with my two daughters, I needed to make a change. I asked my dad who had been a long-haul truck driver “do you think I could drive a semi-truck?” he said, “Honey, you are way smarter than me, and if I can drive one you can.” So about 4 years ago I embarked on a completely new journey. After trucking school, I landed a job with the DOD servicing the Navy in the Recycling program. I had amazing help and training there.
